So now I'm kind of pissed about it. I hope bushmaster has a sale soon or something. The 450 supply is getting real thin and I want one bad. But I don't want to spend $800.

Fight the fever!

Goodness comes to those who wait. Seriously, I vividly recall the last gang pile. Folks just couldn't take waiting for the sale and got the monkey bites. They bought at MSRP and a week or to later they were seriously disgruntled when the hiatus broke loose and prices went down. Now I admit, that was before Bushmaster was absorbed by The Borg and that change alone may mark the end of their annual sale. Do what you have to do to keep your sanity, but this is not a race. don't be a tool.

Don't worry I'm waiting for now. Cabelas had them last fall for $550. I would have bought one then but didn't have the money. I just hope the a sale happens soon. Pretty please with cherries on top (and zombies) have a sale bushmaster!

Cabelas just told me they should have more uppers in April. Hopefully this leads to a tax time sale. And it seems that bushmaster and remington don't answer their emails. No answers from them at all.

Don't bother emailing Bushmaster, Remington, or the Freedom Group....they do not respond to emails. Phone calls occasionally get results, rarely satisfactory. They are focused on retail sales and stock prices. If you do not ask them about one of those two items, you are ignored. Many of us have tried, and failed with this bunch.

Just a quick update on mine...shipped out and will be here early next week. So stoked! :D

I called Cabelas and asked them when they would be available again and they said June 3rd. Bushmaster must be selling them quicker than they can make them. So glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did or I would have missed out. Got a buddy who is going to take me Hog hunting soon, so I've got to have that gun. I don't think my .223 would be the hog stopper a 450 is.
