I haven't had a chance to test these yet, but I think this 200 grain is gonna be a good performer. And OMG, that hollow point!!

Those are my hand loads. The bullet is a Copper Only Projectiles (COP) 200 grain HP.

Thanks AL, I appreciate the info. I haven't looked into muzzle loader bullets yet. All I have read about them is that the copper jacketed lead cores aren't up to the velocities the 450b can be pushed to. But there should be no worries with the all copper rounds you suggest. Once I run the Barnes and C.O.P. rounds I have through the mill, if I don't get the results I am hoping for, I may try those.

TSD, those look quite a bit different than the 225 grn COP rounds I ordered from Midway. Mine have much more of a handgun profile than these and an even more cavernous hollow point, but I like the looks of yours better. Are they listed as .460 S&W bullets? The more pointed tip should give better external ballistics.

I shoot the Parker BE's or Match Hunters in my smokeless ML's a good bit north fps wise of what the 450B can do, just flattens deer, and I plan on trying them in the bolt gun sometime too.

This is them. The picture is not indicative of the actual product. I think they cheated and used a Barnes. LOL.

You've asked the $64 million dollar question. With thousands of choices, you might get a better result, if you asked, which kind of woman is better??
See, some of our bullets can even experience jacket separation and they still can "BANG-Flop" the critter. Lessor calibers suffer from jacket separation, whereas we have enough bullet left over, that can "USUALLY" get the job done. In other words, this is a Very Forgiving set-up!!
