ya i sure wasn't condoning the practice, nor would i do so to my AR unless i had no other choice. while i love shooting my smoke-stick, i've always hated cleaning it afterward. scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub.

i cant imagine trying to get all that crap out of the gas system, etc.

i suppose a couple long hot bath's in something like a hornady hot tub would resolve it, but i dont have one. and while the idea of being able to plunk a barrel in there is neat... the cost is a bit prohibitive.

If you want the smoke I would try Blackhorn 209. If no smoke is desired just plinkers I would use Trail Boss.
