One thing about shooting sub-sonic it depending on your elevation.....a couple hundred feet of elevation can make a difference between a crack or quite....type of bullet lube will make a difference....diameter of bullet....barrel length...there are many factors that will effect a bullet....
Easiest for Train Boss is see how deep the bullet goes in the case mark the case then pour powder in to mark....then weight it....from there go down until you don't have a crack when firing....
Remember sub-sonic will change with temperature, humidity and elevation....
There's many factors that will effect velocity you need to find a load where you are shooting.....it will take some work bullets, powder and primers to find your load....
