I don't know why everyone is asking you about "why the flat nosed 230gr FMJ's".
They make a louder "Bong" when they hit your sheet of plate steel.
And. . . . .It should be plainly obvious: They tenderize the meat better than the pointy FTX's.
Keep up the great work! Your videos are a MUST SEE! Thanks.
LOL, I have encouraged Non-Expanding-FP's here (FMJ, Barnes Busters, etc.), from my Professional Hunting experience. But to be sure, many here, instinctively know why they use them. I however, can affirm field results and make the following statement unashamedly.."FMJ-FP types, and there are many versions, Disrupt more tissue than an expanded bullet and at the same time, they Penetrate FAR-MORE TISSUE, making over-all total damage to nerves, capillaries, and stuff, much more extensive." Do I use Pointy bullets,.."you better believe I do"! But, I quote myself.."When the Shots are Marginal and they are always Marginal, take enough gun". Meaning, Guns, Bullets, Loads, choose the right ones, for the mission and you'll never be let-down..
